The bank is absolutely awesome the people are friendly and eager to help you!! But since they have switched to the ascend app for online banking it's been a absolute nightmare!!!! It shows sharks that are mailed but they've been mailed for a while and cashed!! So frustrating that the online bank app doesn't do it's job!!! š©

I've used the app for a little bit now and functionally it's the same thing as the last one, just with a more user-friendly design. However Horicon seems to have a tradition of making first time sign-ins a living hell. I tried no less than ten times to get in to my account, a new different thing going wrong each time. First it wouldn't accept my SSN, then it wouldn't send a confirmation email, etc. I understand the security, but the app at the very least needs to work the first time.

With the new update app doesn't work at all, I've tried for over 20 mins ....it's experiencing tech difficulties... I have full bars and wifi..won't work!
