Do not book through this app at all. They are total frauds. They will book the room first and then their staff will tell you that the hotel is under construction and they wil try andl convince you to book a hotel far away. Then they will not respond properly and you will have to cancel the booking. And then comes the real fraud, they won't refund your money despite calling their helpline innumerable times.

Its a good app .. its really help me find a better homestay. But I face a issue about booking cancellation.I contact with customer care and they solve with an alternative property.Also they ready to refund my money.

Without any reason they cancelled my booking and not provide any content no. After booking.. We regret to inform you that your Booking(****) has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -HOLYAYODHYA
