The service is exceptional, very innovative. Full marks to the idea and implementation. However the app is not very good, the black subscription does not wor, even after subscribing the surge pricing is applicable. There is no option for reschedue, edit or cancel any booking. Had to resort to a lengthy customer care route which was very tiring.

The service was on time and it was amazing. My car looks as good as new. I am rating it 3 stars because I liked the service but not the interface. The app interface for booking could be better. Subscription plan is not working through the app. And the pricing for Individual booking is better than the subscription plan. I had called the customer care for subscription plan related query for 3 cars on Sunday. But there's no response from them. CRM is unorganized.

I downloaded the app and was hoping to get it cleaned due to urgency. However, got an error while booking and could not proceed with booking. I raised a compliant. This was a month ago. Till now, I have tried contacting 4 times. Only one response is received. 'we will try to resolve at the earliest '. However, no solution has been provided till date. Not trustworthy at all. Very poor complaint management. Rather none. I also asked if there's other way to bookm website or anything. But NO!!
