Followed instructions, it lagged for over 10 min after completing info on app. Finally I just closed the app and tried next day. It says my email has been created but now I cannot login as it shows a blank page. Like many people on here, this app is junk! So I cannot use my thermostats with wifi. Junk!

by far one of the worst apps every created. this app will waste more of your time then anything else I'm aware of. takes between 5 and 20 min start to finish to setup on thermostat. probably designed this way on purpose to upsell you thousands of dollars into other solutions honeywell sells to manage these $600 each thermostats. thanks for nothing honeywell.

OMG this is the worst app I've ever used. I've spent 45 min going around in circles and still haven't been able to establish an account or log in.
