Before diving in, I'd suggest doing your research. Reddit has some good threads to get the lowdown. While the booking and payment systems are pretty solid, the lack of support when the app glitches can be frustrating. The only way to get assistance seems to be by leaving a review with a complaint. Also, there seems to be some unfairness with the pay as far as how much they charge the client and what they're paying cleaners. If you set your pay too high, you might stop getting offers altogether.

I have been using the app to pick up cleaning jobs for a few months now. I have a perfect rating, lots of repeat customers, & have stayed busy. Suddenly I am unable to pick up more jobs, & the prompt tells me to "Invoice completed jobs before claiming new ones". I have no completed jobs to invoice. Despite me sending messages & emails to "support" all week, I've gotten no response or explanation. I paid to use this app, rely on it to support my family currently, but it is so frustrating.

Hi, Tricia! Some clients set recurring appointments and reminders are sent to them to ensure awareness. As for the cleaner app, please try reinstalling, so you can get the updated version. If the issue still persists, email us at support@homeaglow.com. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime in any event that your profile is deactivated in error.

The concept is excellent. It has helped me make extra income on my own conditions. My problem with the app is that it doesn't send me notifications, even tho it has all the permits, so I often lose job opportunities, even after I set it as important on my email. Secondly, support will always be on the side of the customer, lose time and money on my first appointment. And they take what it seems forever to reply. I haven't found a direct number for cleaners. It's all through the website & email.
