App is ok. Regardless of what others say one can cash checks online. My issue is more they seem to only want to sell life insurance. 2x a week I get literal garbage in the mail selling me life insurance from TruStage. I've asked for it to stop and it doesn't. There's a big issue when a cross valley pushes something their customers don't want while at the same time don't provide their customers known needs/wants. Like for example.. Where's the replacement for expired debit card?

The new update is horrible. You cannot see any purchases you made with your card and you cannot see any pending transactions. Makes the whole app useless. All they show are transfers and thats all you can do.🤦

Cant update the app. It wont even download the update. Keeps saying error for 4 days now. Cant check my balance, my immediate bank closed so i have to go 45 minutes to get to the closest bank branch. They wont even tell me my balance over the phone. This is a joke.

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with the app. This is not a support channel so you will need to contact the Credit Union directly for help. They will probably need a screenshot of the error message. In the meantime you can use the browser-based online banking to access your accounts.
