I love Andrew Johnson's Scottish brogue (easily understood) as well as his gentle voice and clear delivery. The guided meditation is easy to follow and imagine, and it's very helpful in visualizing a problem from my past experiences that I can resolve and let go. Most of the time I am able to fall asleep after a few minutes of the recording. The only problem I have is that the recording pauses in the middle at random places. I have no idea why it happens or how to fix it.

My first AJ app. I have a hard time with meditation in general, however with this 1 in particular the river spirit stuff was very difficult to visualize for me, and just ended up giving me anxiety each time becaue I was trying to make sense of it and I just couldn't. Hopefully there are better ones.

This is a bit different from the other Andrew Johnson apps I've tried, and I liked it! The first time I completely passed out and slept for half an hour afterwards, exactly what I needed. The second time I stayed awake and listened to the whole thing - a beautiful visualisation of a river to help you step out of your stuck place with self compassion. I feel calmer and more optimistic, as well as deeply relaxed. Thank you again Andrew for another great relaxation app.
