App to manage your Fizz Home Internet service and have your Wi-Fi network at your fingertips, whether you’re at home or not. View important details such as connected devices and troubleshooting alerts. Diagnose and optimize your home Wi-Fi network easily directly from your smart device.

IMPORTANT
• For Fizz Home Internet members only, when connected to their Fizz Wi-Fi network
• Requires a Hitron CODA modem model
• App available in English and French (for smart device use only)

With the Fizz Wi-Fi app, you can:
• Manage your Fizz Wi-Fi network from anywhere.
• See all the devices connected to your Fizz Wi-Fi network.
• Control online access for kids with automatic Wi-Fi off bedtime schedules.
• Pause or block Internet access for devices you choose.
• Easily reset or share your Wi-Fi password.
• Create a separate, secure network for your guests.
• Perform speed tests to validate the speed of your broadband connection, as well as the one to your device to determine for example the cause of a slowdown.
• Troubleshoot to maximize your Wi-Fi signal and security;
• Chat with tech support if you are stuck.

Getting Started:
- Download and install the Fizz Wi-Fi app on your smartphone.
- Connect your smartphone to your Fizz Wi-Fi network.
- Launch the app and sign in using the same credentials as your Fizz account.

Was able to download it, but this new app does not work .. not only that, but I was not transferred to the new app, so it's prompting me to add the modern just like i was a new client, but when you put the admin password thats supposed to be your wifi password..it just declines. I have tried all the passwords, my wifi, the default key password, and nothing works, so if the app does not work, i don't think that resetting the modern would be a good idea, might end up with no wifi at all

I lost connection to wifi for some reason and while my network shows up on the list of available networks, it is no longer on my account and I am unable to add it. I tried two phones and both times I got the same message that "the firmware version of the wifi device does not support the application. Your service provider has decided not to activate at this time". What does that mean?!

The app is not useful to me. Fizz connection freezes daily. i am paying for 200mb, and the app test said 34mb is great! I can see that greatness in a google search! I need to be able to reboot the modem from the app for it to be useful. Or let me refresh the IP connection, or at least tell me what is wrong!
