I do love the smart plugs, and the motion sensors, and the doorbell, ooh, and the smart bulbs. Do I have a problem? Yes I do. Why does it require 2.4 wireless? I cannot add any new devices, and my home and office are, as of yesterday, 5g only (for security and compliance) It's just become a little bit redundant. But for those of you who are normal, great product, pretty much works as expected, can be a little slow to setup (sometimes it just works, sometimes you'll need to use your adult words)

I've had Hey! for a few months & wanted to given them a fair go. Have a doorbell, 1 external & 2 internal cameras. The external is so bad, we're going to switch back to an old one, it's almost never online despite being <6FT from the modem, router & an extender that is upstairs directly above it. The more devices the more your end up getting squeezed for storage as it's per device, not network & the doorbell is useless. Considering the cost it's been a total waste of money.

I've bought a motion sensor. The software doesnt work with Google Home, Samsung Smarthings, or IFTPP. So entirely unable to use it with any other device unless I get solely Hey! Devices, which seems to go against the principle of the product which claims to be a one stop shop but will also work with other products (especially Google home). The device itself also seems to have a huge lag for identifying movement. Greater than 2 minutes weirdly. I'll be returning the items.
