Some features are not implemented properly. E.g. There is an option to directly navigate to "Home" or "Office", but there is no way to save the Home or Office location. App keeps saying "Could not connect" till we clear the cache. Every single launch. Battery shows 25% or 50% or whatever, but range shows 0km. This is just my 2nd day with the scooter and already irritated by this app. Scooter is good, app is garbage.

App connectivity with scooter needs improvement as on some occasions it doesn't connect immediately. Also, turn by turn navigation is laggy, stops abruptly in the middle of navigation frequently and also consumes lot of phone battery!! Having reports(statistics) of trips on weekly/monthly basis will be nice to have since all vendors offering GPS services offer this feature.

App is developed so poorly and cannot be used for daily functions at all. Most of the times, the app doesn't connect to my device or it crashes. On the rare occasion that it does connect, it refuses to let me use even tne basic features like unlocking the vehicle, seat etc. A renowned brand like Hero not accepting any accountability and taking immediate action to fix such fundamental issues is surprising for me. Instantaneously killed the brand image in my eyes.
