App gives me an error right after I continue the payment and the worst of all, I was charges twice for it with no chance to cancel duplicate order. Please add cancel button for duplicate orders.

Horrible app. Laggy. Choppy. Not user friendly. Too many taps to get something done. And very often unresponsive. The older app was way better. Also what's the point of this app if when I choose a branch for PICKUP it gives an error message saying "we don't deliver to this location"??? Needs lots and LOTS of improvements. And the so called 20% promo code didn't even work. Was invalid. Very disappointing.

The app lags a lot. I made an order that didn't arrive for 2 hours, so I canceled it after calling the customer service 4 times and being told that someone from the restaurant will be contacting me for the delivery (which they didn't) so I canceled it, 3 hours later I get a phone call about the delivery of an order that I made 5 hours ago and canceled 3 hours ago. Overall terrible experience.
