Awful. Customer and technical service are completely clueless. App fails, needs many updates, and the services to be booked through the app just get cancelled constantly and DON'T reimburse the deposit you put down. Forget about getting in touch with them and getting answers or solutions. Please, find something else to do Flamingo team because you're terrible at this 😂

Business developer, put your money elsewhere if you want your tenants to stay. I'm an app user from my apartment. The app built can be laggy, fitness app has to be connected to a non-existent app to be casted - defeats the purpose of having an app to begin with if you have to download another app. Events from Flamingo, when they exist, are practically a scam, with vague terms/conditions. There's almost no responses given from the service team, and when they do, it's the same clueless person?

Overall, I give Flamingo a solid five stars. It's an excellent app that consistently delivers exceptional service. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient way to RSVP for events or book residential services, I highly recommend Flamingo.
