I absolutely love this but one thing that needs to be fixed is the audio guides, I tried multiple times but its not playing at all! It says “now playing your guide” but its not actually being played. Apart from this issue, its working really well ❤️

Anyone can use the app and still benefit from it - whether they own a sensor or not (which I don't). I've been aware of HeartMath's work for a while and I, personally, have benefited from partaking in their meditations and practising the heart-brain coherence technique. I also like the idea of connecting with others to help uplift and heal the earth and its inhabitants - especially seeing all the dots connecting from all over the world. Thank you, HeartMath, for the work you do! 🩵
