I downloaded the app after being diagnosed with Crohn's disease so I could have my medication delivered and organized properly.. but now I can't even get into my account. It just continues to say connection error. I'm having no problems with my wifi or data so the app just isn't working for me anymore which is really stressful and would appreciate it being sorted!

App doesn't allow for multiple accounts simultaneously, you need to log in fully every time. Also app states you can book a delivery, but i could see no option to do so - only schedule a booking that they have sent me (so there is no way to initiate a new booking without ringing them up!)

I don't know who these people are or why the NHS has left us at their mercy. App doesn't work.
