I appreciate the simplicity and honesty of this app. It's streamlined, the user interface is nice, and it's not cluttered with distracting extra features or stuff that I'm not looking for. I can open the app, do a lesson, then be done. It's easy to see progress, and it's focused on evidence based approaches. Very well designed for those of us with ADHD! I have tried so many meditation apps, but most of them are so stuffed with features and it's too overwhelming. This is the one!!

Good app. I like the mini lessons that I can fit in easily. I especially liked the lesson on doing less. Sessions can be lengthened or shortened in increments of 5 minutes. This is great for me to get the lesson & have time for my own meditation. The transcripts don't seem to show and I wish the modules had captions. Glad it hasn't asked me to rate the app.

This is such a wonderful app that I wish I found sooner. Incredibly well put together, based on habits and easy to integrate into your life, makes progress measurable, makes the meditations and skills easy to fit with everything else happening in life, and it also feels like it's very informative. I honestly think it is so wonderful and the fact that it's free for anyone who really needs it and you can just donate if you feel like supporting it or if you're able to support it is fantastic
