Take a Mental Health Test


It takes just 3-minutes and produces a Mental Health Score showing your overall risk of a mental health condition. Our mental health test combines four tests into one:

ā€¢ Bipolar Disorder Test

The complete report explains your depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder risks and recommendations. You can take this report to your therapist.

Follow a Personal Self-care Plan


Based on your responses to the mental health test, we personalize a self-care plan. Your self-care plan consists of two or three short self-love activities.

Mooditude has many different features. One is the tracking tab,where you can keep a journal of your mood, medications, exercise levels, sleep, and so much more. Since this allows you to keep track of your mood, it would be easier for specialists to refer to you if looking into you having a mood disorder like bipolar disorder. This way, they can see when manic episodes are starting and if and depressive episodes are occurring. This also can help a doctor differ between types of bipolar disorder.

this app is okay but a little simplistic, especially if you get the free version. the paid version probably tells you all the useful info based on the exercises you're doing, but so far I dont see the connection in any of it.

this app helps me understand what I am really feeling, but I wish that there would be more goals each day. I also wish I didn't have to pay to get help for my mental illness. Another thing is it would be nice if there was a music option for people to listen to different calling music.
