Just the app I was looking for!! I love the preset patterns. The vagus nerve stimulator one made me yawn within three short cycles. Perfect! And then the 1:2 ratio options are my absolute favorite. That's exactly the kind of guidance I've been wishing for! I just wish I could change the background picture to a serene landscape. I like the ball and line more than the circle and octogon, but I like that the circle and octogon has the cute landscape drawing in the background. 😊🙏

Great app for breath exercises. Simple but very relaxing. Nice sound and the options to adapt the breathing sequence works good. I also do appreciate the absence of ads!
