Decline verification call multiple times, even customer read and response the call very well still call was rejected, I try to understand why verification consuming time of employee as well as costomers

Because of in verification all things are not come in regional launguage which we selected like company name, plan name etc.......and it takes very long time to verification.....most of problem in this app when call comes, the verification has been cancelled.

This app can make your client and yourself irritated while verification process if you receive the call no matter you attend or decline the call your verification stops u again have to start the process most irritating part of the app is it is time consuming of employees as well as customer I have already lost few clients due to this process
