"83% on data Privacy and User Experience" ORCHA independent App review https://appfinder.orcha.co.uk/review/200210/

The Five Steps of the ProConCloud method that our HDM App guides users through include:

Step 1: Define YOUR Problem and why it's important.
To prevent common mistakes of Wasting our limited attention by Dealing with Unimportant Problems or Procrastinating on Important Problems

Step 2: Define YOUR and “THEIR” Conflicts
To prevent common mistakes of Jumping to a Solution Or just Finding Someone to Blame

Step 3: Resolve Change Conflicts with win:win
To prevent common mistake of FOCUSING on only ONE resolution or compromising Not realizing there are 4 viable options

Step 4: YES BUT Planning
To prevent common mistakes of Ignoring valid reservations (Yes, buts) OR Using Yes, buts as excuses not to act

Step 5: Design GOOD Experiment
To prevent the common mistake of failing to learn from experience by doing BAD Experiments when
communicating or implementing changes

The App is free to use for a trial period of 30 days, after which users can select between a monthly or annual subscription. Users can also decide to keep using the app for FREE but in Viewer mode only. When a user wants to Edit an existing decision analysis or Create a new decision, they will be given the option to subscribe for the period desired

If you want to use the app to help you make more decisions, you can subscribe for less than $3.33/month - a 12-month subscription is only $39.99, and a monthly subscription is $9.97.

Information about the auto-renewable nature of the subscription:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

I'm pretty sure it helps when you don't have a clue, but I found the solution before the questioning was done. They didn't give the option to cut it short, end it, and keep record of what I discovered and the solution easily. I had to snap the messenger view of the questions and my answers. The help page did help though in understanding the strategy.

Whilst the process underpinning the app is simple, it needs some practice to use it well. HDM does a great job of guiding users through the process without having to learn it. This is a great way to understand and make difficult decisions. It is also a great guide/checklist to the method, which helps users use it 'off-line' to facilitate larger groups in a live session.

I'm confused, but I I watched all tutorials even practiced on app but I'm left with a bitter taste of being cheated of precious time. App does not decisively give you definite answer. It just puts your problems into categories and that's it. I rather use ProCon app, it's straightforward
