A good day starts with a good morning! Go to bed at the right time and wake up between your normal 90-minute sleep cycles to feel rested and refreshed. A good night's sleep consists of 5-6 complete sleep cycles.

It takes the average person about 15 minutes to fall asleep. If you wake up at one of the calculated times, you'll rise between 90-minute sleep cycles.

The Sleep Calculator helps you determine when to go to sleep so that you can wake up at a certain time to ensure a good night's rest, or what time you should wake up if you want to go to bed now.

Bedtime notifications can also be set up so you never miss a good time to go to sleep.
