It only shows how to to a handstand and a cartwheel. I already know how to handstand, but not off the wall. Just use YouTube and search "How to handstand" and boom, plus! It doesn't tell you to stretch. stretchinf is really important. And that's how I got my handstand. If I could rate it a 0 honestly, I would.

My experience in gymnastics is that I was self-tought. I love doing the hand-stand. It is really easy and I have been doing it for a year now. And my experience with back bends are that you have to learn from the floor first then you learn by going down a wall the going down your legs. I can not do a cart wheel.

It is good,and they show you videos in YouTube,but they usually don't have any explanation about warm up.but the beginners can definitely try.in 10 days i learnt handstand,cartwheel,forward roll,and bow arche(bridge).
