The workouts give me a good sweat, no doubt. But there are a few issues with the app. Some exercises are different but use the same illustrations. So that needs to be fixed. Also at the end of each day, the progress bar doesn't increase. It just stays at 0%, 28 days remaining. Even though I've used it for 3 days now. Seeing my progress on the app would be really nice.

I use this app but it needs some adjustments. 1. It does not allow you to complete workouts once you are finished, I have to manually quit it and then mark it as done. 2. I think there should be a timer towards the ending of each exercise "3,2,1". 4. If possible add a section so you can see the amount of calories burned. 3. Need to list the benefits of owning the paid version Other that that I would recommend it for resistance cables as it's visual and you can see how to do the movements!

The exercises seem fine but Im not using it again after just one workout. It played 3 ads in the middle of workouts and is very distracting. More over, the ads do not close themselves so you have to stop what you are doing to close the ad. Showing an ad before or after the complete workout is fine but this is ridiculous. Better off using google to find exercises.
