Not super impressed with the notification service. If a transaction is made, it can be up to 24 hours before its sent. The message doesn't say what transaction was made, just that something was done. I could have my entire account wiped out before I had any idea something was going on. I have 2 other financial institutions. Both send texts immediately and say what was done. Ie a deposit or withdrawal from checking in the amount of... That's much better.

I have read alot of the reviews, and I am not sure why the negative and low ratings. I have had this app for a few years now and had no problems/issues. I like the mobile check deposit. I had issues with one deposit only due to my phone Camara lens being scratched, but it eventually went through. Have a new phone now and back to business as usual. GWCU has always been there for me and very friendly. Always a pleasure to deal with and great service! This app is great and convenient also.

Pretty dang good overall.. the couple of items I have noticed that could be improved on ( compared with other credit union apps I'm using ) is that I shouldn't have to type in amount of deposit; most allow for auto recognition and post the amount after I take the picture of the deposit check.. second, and most important; that should be commonplace- the sign off/ log out should be At the top of every page; regardless of what you're doing should be the option to log off, instead of hunting in menu
