All in all: pretty terrible. Notifications delayed. Tapping notifications doesn't open them. App signs out, sometimes multiple times a day (usually every couple days). Just onboarded my portfolio with Guesty but the shakiness of the mobile app is making me take pause with continuing using the platform. Would be eager to see changelog/timeline of fixes. This level of functionality is unacceptable given the cost of service. Better yet--focus on making a responsive browser app experience.

The mobile app is critical for us to promptly respond to guest communications but it now boggs down and crashes while typing responses. Messages are frequently delayed and pop up within the platforms' notifications long before they do in the Guesty app. The date range shown at the top of the calendar is almost never accurate and it is difficult to tell what month is being viewed. Customer support is only available by email. Need to add access to guest payment records and warn failed payments.

First, it started with the app showing all of my jobs out of order. I contacted Guesty numerous times & received no real help on the matter. From there, I decided to stop using the app & only use email. I finally just started using the app again, and now it constantly signs me out, and then locks me out from a couple password mistakes but also does not give you the option to see the password you are typing in so I cannot see where the mistake is being made and am now locked out of the account.
