The account balances shown are not accurate or current. The app we used prior to upgrading to this was worked perfect. I always knew exactly what was pending and what the balance was deducting the pending transactions. There is no need to have a quick balance check page if you can't trust it to be correct. This app is not as convenient or simple as it should be. Up to date accuracy is a must for mobile apps like these.

Great service. Wonderful employees. Great fraud team, they'll call to find out if you made a certain charge or not. Last time they called was a $179.00 charge that didn't fit any of my spending charges. Wasn't me. They declined the charge and froze my card. Been with them 30+ years. Have no plans on ever changing banks.

Stop making it so hard to use. I don't want to verify I'm not a robot, or have an email or text sent every other time I open the app.
