I've been using this for a few months now and it's been amazing. You can save so much so quickly without even realizing. I haveva problem with having it in a savings account that I can see/access because I inevitably withdraw it or transfer to my checking. I am delighted every time I check my goal and now I'm OVER that goal and I'm just going to keep saving till my target date!

Edit to respond: I do know how to change the percentage saved. The issue is that it saves from every transaction that took place while paused when it is taken off pause. Please address the correct issue. Saves way too much. If you ever pause it, it will resume and pull savings from every transaction it was paused for. I've had this paused for over a month and then when I decided to use it again it saved from a February purchase at the end of March? Ridiculous

Hi Hannah, You can always adjust your savings setting to better control how much you save. Please reach out to support@guacapp.com so we can look into your account. Once a savings is paused no future savings will initiate until you turn that goal back. You will then resume saving on all purchases moving forward. We will double check your account!

So far with this app i find this better than other saving apps i have used. Other apps would just take money and then when you spend you find yourself in a lot less money. I didnt find benefit in that. I like the options where you save a portion of what you spend. I feel thats more manageable than grabbing chunks of money and putting it into your account for no reason.
