Hella redundant, an example of implementing technology for the sake of it. Accessing anything via the mobile key is much slower. One has to find the app, load it, then wait for the key to load. In an elevator with multiple people, it can take up to a minute for everyone to scan their mobile keys for what is perhaps a 5 second affair otherwise with the standard keycard. If your phone runs out of power, then you're stuck and need to request for help to access your room - where your charger is. 0*s

Damn troublesome. Everytime i wanna go in and out, need to pull out my phone, navigate to the app, in the app need to click to my room key and active button, than need on Bluetooth etc, than tap which takes at least 4seconds. So troublesome af as compared to pulling a card and tap. This is totally diff from using simplygo on phone for taking public transport. Those public transport ecard dont need to click and activate anything everytime before use. Those usually just tap your phone, its auto

Reviewing this as I'm locked out of my room for the 10th time this semester. Week 9 and I still don't have a mobile key. Office staff's only reply is to "install and uninstall". I don't blame them, as its clearly a software issue that they can't fix. Totally unusable app. Forced to leave my room unlocked constantly and just live with it.
