Very difficult to sign up. The one I was using over the past 2 to 3 years abruptly stopped only to be told to switch to this one. Now I can't sign up after series of consultations and attempts. The system kept saying my internet is down, which is not true. Not user friendly for me, compared to the previous one.

I have used this app for the first time to purchase cashpower, unfortunately the Gamswitch text containng the token was not sent to my mobile nor can I expand the transaction in the app to see the token. It is very frustrating! They should not have discontinued the old app until this one works perfectly!

Initially I was face with a bit difficulty to sign up but that may be due to my internet connection I guess. Nonetheless, the app is really fantastic. It have all the features needed and it's just so easy and simple to use. I can say it's an upgrade on the previous one.
