Haven't had any problems with the APP. Very user-friendly. UPDATE: This app is in desperate need of an upgrade. When I opened it tonight, it camped out on the purple screen. Generally, it is extremely slow, non-responsive, times itself out, and asks if I want to wait. I have submitted these issues to the IT department multiple times, and it's still problematic. Please fix this app Gwynnie.

Glitchy. Most of the time the account info will not load, can't see or use rewards, the filters in the outlet don't work (and never have), it doesn't let you know when you have put a duplucate item in your closet, doesn't alert you when you put a returned item back in your cart, sometimes the purple screen just freezes. I took a break from the serive after being a loyal customer for years. Looks like I'll be canceling again.

I've been a Gwynnie Bee member for just over 4 years, and it's a service that I absolutely love. Gwynnie Bee's customer service, shipping, clothing variety, and value are all FIVE STARS! However this app is just awful. It's slow to respond to touchscreen activity, the pages load and disappear, and the overall functionality is lacking - big time. I would love a better version of the app to keep my endless wardrobe going smoothly. Please, please fix the app!
