Extremely dissatisfied with GWM staff's neglect, affecting the E-FENCE in the GWM app since buying my vehicle last year. This malfunction risks my safety and damages GWM's reputation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve, GWM's after-sales service is inadequate, leading me to distrust the product. Sent an official letter to the GWM team.
