With the "new" app it doesn't even let you log in, doesn't send the verification code. Don't waste your time. Very poor app, never works properly the pages don't load instead you get an error message. Try to place an order and it doesn't process correctly. There have been quite a few occasions where I've given up and gone to another take out place because I got so frustrated with how poor the app is. Absolute rubbish app don't waste your time.

One of the worst fast food apps. Never retains login and constantly not loading items or linking with stores properly. Update: Still one of the worst apps I've ever used. Riddled with bugs and backend issues. Royalty login issues, checkin issues once payment has processed etc. Just a really terrible app that if you like Red rooster, are forced to use to get promotions. Edit 24/4/224 - I'd like to say it's a roll of the dice if this app works, but it isn't. It's still worse.

Not sure what the point is of an app where you can only access the menu once you've selected pick up or delivery, especially when your local store doesn't offer either. I just want to know what's on offer and how much before ordering at the drive through. For this, one should be able to view the menu regardless. Not travelling across town for an order only to return home with cold food. Not wanting it delivered for this reason either. Other features and the design is an improvement, though.
