About this game

Isle of Arrows is a fusion of board game and tower defense, in which you place randomly drawn tiles to build defenses on an ever-growing piece of land.

* Tile-Placement meets Tower Defense: Isle of Arrows is a unique blend of genres that adds a new strategic puzzle element to the Tower Defense formula.
* Roguelike structure: Each run is randomly generated with different tiles, enemies, rewards and events. Playing through campaigns unlocks more elements to appear in the game.
* Modes & modifiers: A variety of game modes, guilds, game modifiers, and challenges make each playthrough unique.

Gameplay
Each round, you get to place a tile on the isle for free. Spending coins allows you to skip to the next tile immediately. When you're ready, call the next enemy wave and watch your placed defenses in action.

There are 50+ tiles in Isle of Arrows:
Towers attack the invaders. Roads extend the path the enemies walk on. Flags grow the isle, giving you more space to build. Gardens reward you with coins. Taverns boost all adjacent archery towers. And so on.

Features
* 3 game Modes: Campaign, Gauntlet, Daily Defense
* 3 themed campaigns that each have their own unique set of tiles
* 70+ tiles
* 75+ bonus cards
* 10+ events that can help or hinder you

Please note that Isle of Arrows does not offer cloud save functionality for the time being.

I purchased this game a year ago and have almost 100%-ed it. It eases you in with the tutorial, and each new set of challenges you unlock gives you new towers and tiles to play with. The endgame sees you trying out new modes that change how you play, leading to a very difficult final few levels. When all the pieces fit into place, though, it feels so satisfying!

Excellent! Been quite obsessed with this for months now. Amazing replay value! I'd love to see an update or an add-on. Couple suggestions: - A tile called "Lookout" that gives a range boost to adjacent towers - An option to Save and revisit a build after a game ends - An "Infinite" mode that can keep going forever beyond 40 levels - A Bonus card that let's you select one tile and relocate it - A very strong tower but gradually errodes pathways around it that need to be replaced (Lava Tower)

This reminds me of an old android TD game where each level was a big empty square. It gave you a bunch of tiles and towers to experiment with how best to beat each mission. Rare to see a good tower defense game that lets you choose the whole layout. My only real issue so far is optimization. I've got a Pixel 7 Pro and the lowest settings are still draining my battery and sometimes overheating my phone to the point that it lags. I've experienced the worst of this on the tutorial mission.
