Being able to verify checks and check your bank balance remotely is super useful. So useful, in fact, that I wish it wasn't a complete craps shoot whether or not the app will actually open or just crash when you try to log in. If they could actually fix the app, it would almost certainly be worth using more.

It works (for me) worse than the old one. Kept crashing, wouldn't scroll down my accounts, refused until the 5th try to realize that I *was* showing the back of the check to the camera. Poor little confused app. Also freezes during an internal transfer on the optional note entry slot and won't scroll down to the deposit button. It's not the phone, which is working fine.

The new app is "prettier" than the earlier version, but (to me, at least) seems clumsier to use. One issue that needs to be fixed is the Zelle function. I kept looking in "transfers", couldn't find it, re-loaded the app, finally found it in "transactions"! App also needs a search function, which would (hopefully) have found the Zelle function.
