This game is literally the worst. I started playing soon after it launched, but it took way too long to level up. They made it way easier to level up now so that's cool. Only problem is that the damage you do is based on deposited items that give you 1% and it is actually impossible to catch up to and be able to play the newest content without spending thousands of dollars. Even then the time wish machine does not have enough items in it currently or in the near future to bridge the gap.

The support service has serious deficiencies. On several occasions, I have contacted the support team, and the responses always seem evasive, claiming that "there are no errors" or "the problem lies with the user," despite the clarity in of the problem. The responses appear to be generic, without a detailed review of the original report. It is concerning that user experience does not seem to be an evident priority.

I miss the original RO, but as a newbie, progress is slow and the game feels confusing but it's good graphics now i admit. For me, sticking with the original RO and reaching the 2nd job with trans is the best. I find the 3rd and 4th job advancements to be pointless.
