You had a very good app but whoever designed this new app should be fired and replace this garbage with the old app. What used to take 5 minutes to scan the coupons now takes 10 or 15 minutes. The coupons should come up in a single column with a picture of the item. It doesn't matter if the item is out of stock when I clip the coupon. Why you would disable the picture of the item just because it is out of stock is beyond me.

Thanks for taking the time to review, Herman. We appreciate your feedback on the coupons page. I'm not seeing images being removed for out-of-stock items, but they should be faded. If this isn't what you're seeing, could you please take a screenshot and send it to contactus@woodmans-food.com?

I liked the old app better. This app worked okay, except due to our address not being on a postal route, it wouldn't let me set up my debit card for payment (address is PO box), so I had to use PayPal, which I rarely use. Not everyone gets mail delivered to their home. Many small towns in Wisconsin only use a PO Box for delivery. The homes affected are entered in a database as DNS (do not service).

I am so frustrated with the new app. While I have the same complaints as everyone else (order history, lists, etc.) The biggest frustration is "out of stock" items that are clearly on stock if I walk in the store. Sweet potatoes out of stock for 3 weeks? Doubtful. Can't order the large 24 packs of I've mountain water. You can't even search for it. The search function is useless because it only shows sponsored products. Also while a pick up time says available your order may not be ready. Madison

Hi Erin. Some larger items are not available for pickup and delivery due to logistics. We're working through some issues with certain produce items sold by weight showing "likely out of stock." Can I ask which store you're shopping at?
