Competitively one of the most horrible apps ever. I've somehow, to my confusion, been able to create multiple carts under the same email account... It's happened because express will delete my cart allow me to create another, save the deleted cart in the clouds and then bring it back when they feel like it, so sometimes when I open up my cart I'll have one set of items and then other times a different set of items... The app crashes like it's going out of "style."Maybe that could be their slogan

Irritating app. Constantly asks me to log in, update the app (when it's already fully updated), and won't load reviews of items/size charts or my previous order details. Also, some cart issues: I spent some time looking for items, filled my cart, and the app made me log in again, came back, and the cart was empty... honestly costing Express money. Needs lots of fixing.

It's mind blowing that such a big company has such a terrible app. Sometimes when scrolling it just shows the same items over and over. Also resets itself a lot so you lose whatever you're looking at. Other times it only loads a couple items at a time so when you scroll it freezes to load more items. Lastly, there is no favorites or wish list section.... probably the only shopping app without one which makes it hard to keep track of the items you like (so I never end up making a purchase).
