Like the service, just wish I didn't have to use the app and that there was a website option instead. Annoying features: 1) Signs out as soon as you move away from the app. Even my banking apps allow me to configure the logout behaviour. 2) The "Buy & Sell" screen needs work. No sensible reason for the data entry to start with "0.00". As soon as you delete it to enter an actual useful number, the cursor focus goes and replaces the field with "0.00" again. There are far better ways of handling numerical entry fields! 3) On the same screen, it is not fully clear how a currency or gold transaction rate is calculated with the fee. You see the fee shown, but then your final transaction summary shows fee to be 0.00 always. So how was the actual final rate calculated? Who knows... Might even fall under misleading presentation this aspect.

This 'app' is terrible, I don't think it's even a proper app. Impossible to navigate around unless I constantly use the back button. seem to be just links to static web pages, the bottom navigation bar is only on one screen and disappears on all the other pages of the 'app'. I won't be using this, if the 'app' is this bad I no faith in the rest of the business.

To be fair...it's a great app, easy to use, top ups are instant and spending instant, only set back is that I have to pay .5% every transaction in gold, making the exchange rate kinda worse than say Revolut or Curve also USD and EUR are not great rates either. Room for improvement but service is great, growth definitely in the right direction
