Edit: App update solved the issue with camera function. Thanks for the quick resolution. Rating changed. Once again, I missed the mark. If I can't upload pictures, how can I submit a claim???? Edit: So on my old Galaxy S8, the app works as intended, but on my S23 Ultra, the camera can't be allowed, even though I give permissionin the settings. Looks like I'm not the only one with the problem. Fix it!

Thanks for bring this issue to our attention as it only seemed to impact users with newer devices. Apologize for the troubles.
A new version was recently released to fix the issue. Please ensure you have version 2.0.31995 or above installed and try again.

Honestly by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It would be faster to take apply, get a job there ,learn their program and do everything yourself.

Not loving this so far. 1) Historical claims data didn't get pulled over AND has also disappeared from the web version! Please fix. 2) Took 31 BUSINESS days to pay my last claim!! And only because I phoned to complain. Who's brilliant idea was it to do this at yr end? 3) Please make it possible to "stay logged in" - hate hunting for the password everytime I need to open the app. And in "change password" pls make it possible to view 👁️ the characters you are typing (web and app).
