Pathetic,Absolute Garbage,Trash can. I can write this code way better than those guys who had designed it although I am from civil background. The app keep closing automatically. It has only one job to just capture live photo but the app is not able to do this one job properly .I had tried more than 10 times but it doesn't show any response. The app kept crashing everytime I try to capture live pic. I am trying to capture live pic but after trying for so many times I couldn't able to capture.

Dear User sorry for the inconvenience caused, look like the issue your are facing is device specific as we fix the issue as soon as possible you can try to capture photo using another device.

There is a hidden issue. In the website, while capturing photo, there is a frame and only the photo part inside the frame is taken. But in this app, there is no frame. So the photo taken is bigger, but the face part is much smaller. If we take a photo from close distance, then ear is not visible. And if we take it from larger distance, ear is visible but face is smaller. Please give that frame is this app while capturing the photo, like website.

While applying for SSC CPO 2024, I encountered an issue. I captured my photo using this app, but on the website it doesn't appear. Even my signature is not getting uploaded. It says there's an issue with photo resolution, but even after editing the photo in different resolution, the error is still there. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.
