This is the worst customer service I experienced in a long time. Bought the W11 and the score does not sync to the computer nor the phone. Customer service prefers emails to a simple phone call back. NOTHING was helpful. Finally returned it on my own, with no help from customer service and I will give the new one a try. The score does not sync and if that feature is important to you, I would NOT buy this watch!! And BTW why would you need access to settings emails contacts on my phone? Really??

I used my Golfbuddy Aim W10 for the first time yesterday. I love the gps and it worked flawlessly. The app however lost its bluetooth connection and casting froze on the 2nd hole. Fortunately I didn't need to cast to my phone as I was able to easily read the screen on the watch. I was trying the cast option just to see how well it worked. This app is useful for updating a course if you only need to update one at a time. For mass updates it's better to connect the watch to my laptop.

Not getting a lot of use out of this app. Firstly took a few attempts to open. Then eventually looks for my watch, says its found, then freezes. Doesn't appear to be any use for this app, because it gives no info. Now, as its the only app I've installed for a while, the phone keeps freezing. Reinstalled it, now i have loads of icons on my home screen that cannot be removed, like 6 alarm clocks, 5 ask Alexas, 2 adds on app. Poor software
