No real issues, very smooth and easy to use. Initially it wouldn't authenticate my ARC, but I contacted customer service and it was fixed in a couple minutes. The price scheme is very clear and the scooters I've ridden have all been great. I don't think the price is high, my journeys have never been more than 60nt (it could cost more, just mine haven't). I highly recommend this for trips across the city. Reading some of the reviews I think they fixed a lot of the problems people reported.

This app was fine before, but I changed my phone and now I can't update my account. It just keeps saying "hey there newbie" So frustrating. It also won't let me do anything when it sends a code to my phone. So, what's going on here? These are pretty basic issues that should be addressed. Definitely gives me pause about continuing to use the service or purchasing a Gogoro in the future (I was actually considering it this week, but no chance after this experience unless they fix this quickly).

I like the concept and the service. Until the point where you want to opt out. You can sign up easily in the app by uploading pictures of drivers license. But if you want to cancel your account then you will have to contact customer service. Within a week.... They will send you a application form that you will have to complete, sign and submit. I would recommend Investors and business partners not to be looking at the customer numbers which only reflects that it is impossible to get out
