KINTO was so easy to use. Had a few hiccups with connection at times and had to restart my phone to get into the car. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry. Overall, I would recommend KINTO. There is no security deposit or extra fee on insurance. It's cheaper than other car rentals I have tried. Great customer service over the phone. Will definitely use it again.

A great concept, but some teething issues which hopefully will be solved as time goes on. Had to close and re-open app on several occasions to re-establish connection to vehicle. The last time was most inconvenient. Happened after I'd returned vehicle and locked doors. When I tried to end booking the app had gone offline. Tried ringing Kinto help but was on hold for several minutes, in which time I re-started the app and was fortunately able to finalise booking.

Easy to use. Sign up was reasonably straightforward via the app. Booking a car was hassle free. It was easy to extend a booking when needed also. There was some initial confusion on pick up as the app gave the option of 'find my car's location' and it linked to somewhere 30 mins drive away from where the car was supposed to be located but I managed to find the car where it supposed to be after some help with Toyota staff. Overall a positive experience and will use Kinto again.
