The app lets you order for pick up when stores aren't even open. It just so happened the owner was there and made the order for me but that's not fair to the customer NOR the employees. Coffee Culture needs to look at either fixing their app and remove any stores from their listings when they're not available or don't want to be available for mobile. I uninstalled on principle. And felt terrible for the store in question. Would have rated 0 on this experience alone.

Put an order online, went to the store and the cashier said they didn't receive anything, in fact they don't know of any online ordering system at all! Now I have to put a stop on the credit card payment altogether.

With recent updates the app has gotten a lot better and smoother! Quicker loading times and it remembers my favorites.
