I'm a loyal customer for the last 5 years. Look at my loyalty points Impossible. It disappears automatically. It keeps operating web view for the latest Android versions and never uses the application format. I have lost so many points so far because of it,So many glitches I have found in applications so far. I don't know what UI testers are doing for this application. Doesn't allow me to collect loyalty points nor does it allow me to withdraw it. Please update it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I tried to see the menu. It stated it needed my location. I tried to add, but it stated I was to either order for take-out, dine in, or delivery. It wouldn't let me add a location. It wouldn't let me see the menu no matter what I did. I tried deleting and downloading again. No help. This app is not user-friendly at all. No business from me!!!

I installed the barburrito app to make use of the free delivery promo to try out their delivery service. I put in all my information and selected the place with which I wanted the delivery to come from put all of my information in. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with someone who said that it was for pickup. I have the confirmation that says otherwise. I don't even have anyone to contact to get the money back. Clearly the bugs have not been worked out in this app and I do not recommend.
