I really wanted a more ethical food delivery option. I used Bread a number of times before this new app and it was fine, no bells and whistles, but functional. This new app is hot garbage. Such a struggle to get an order through. I tried to list all the struggles I've had but it went over the word limit and I've only tried ordering twice. I'm uninstalling now due to it spamming me with blank notifications. Hopefully it'll be useable some time but it isn't currently.

Delivery apps are pretty staple and if your going to make a new one that is supposed to be better than the existing then make sure it at least works OK. It's slow to load and change screens. I have ordered a couple of times and each time it's taken at least an hour to be delivered with no reason why and the app updates are near useless so you have no idea what's happening until the driver arrives with the food. I have tired a few new local restaurants which is good. Poos app.

Haven't had such bad experience from any apps. The introductory offers were good. But delivery system is primitive and has no hope. They have a track option which doesn't work. And my rating is based on the sole reason that I had to go pickup my order late in the night because they missed my order from the system. Well I tried contacting customer care, which is a local mobile number and no one picked up. But I must agree that they returned my call 30 minutes later and offered a refund.
