having an issue with the app that just started . it no longer saves your user name and password and I cannot get the Google Chrome password manager to even come up unless I type in email, delete the email and then it will come up. It always used to allow me to auto save. Also the option to use Biometrics doesn't even come up until AFTER you've entered your username and password. what's the point of that? can someone contact me to fix this. Both me and my father have the same issue .D/L app twice

It's functional, but there's no way to remove prescriptions from the displayed list that are redundant or that I no longer need. Also, it won't let me copy a password from my password manager and paste it into the app. That is quite an inconvenience for those of us who use long, randomized passwords as recommended for good security.

So fast and well organized. I've always used the phone for refills. With constant changes and updates with covid, the initial announcement to navigate the phone prompts has gotten quite lengthy. With the app, I can request refills and confirm pickup time in less time than it takes to wait for the prompt to "press 1 for medication refills ". And dbl bonus, I don't have to enter cumbersome rx #'s
