4. Set up daily checklists
Cormeum lets you track your data (including sodium, medications, blood pressure, and symptoms) in just a couple of minutes, twice a day.

5. Share your results with your health provider

Not a bad app but one issue noticed immediately.... when entering medications only three choices.... either morning, evening or as needed. Unfortunately many medications are taken at other times than listed..... would give app 5 stars if medication area had more user choices or user customizable.

O love this app. It is easy to use and has a simple layout. It takes no time at all to do your logging. My only suggestion would be to add a place for afternoon meds.

So far so good, I do agree with the others on more medication slots for noon and night. Also, could you add an "Other" tab for us to type our own words for tracking mood and symptoms, since there are more possibilities than the generic/generalized options available?

Adriene, Thank you so much for using Cormeum and posting a review. We understand the need for increased times for medication data entries. We are currently looking into how we can add this component to the app and will implement in a future version. Your idea about a tab is terrific as well. We appreciate your recommendations.
