Don't get me wrong, I'm a tipper ( and a good one at that). I'm a bartender, so I make my livelihood on tips... But requiring me to pay AND TIP on a card when I make the appointment, before I've even been there? Without an option to opt out, pay there, or tip in cash? That's too much. Way too much. You're giving other tipped professions a bad name, and making your customers uncomfortable to boot. I'll take my cash and 50% tip someplace else lol

Unable to create an account. Will update review if issue is corrected. Update 3/9/23: Just reinstalled the app and I was able to create an account. Once I logged in the app showed an appointment I had just created via their website. The only thing I'm wondering about is why did I need to provide a credit card? I had already indicated that I would pay in the shop.

Love this barber shop! Been coming here for 6-7 years and E himself shaped me up good for my wedding about 5 years ago. Definitely recommend for all ages and hair types!
