This device is an utter waste of money. It just doesnt work in any way other than bluetooth. The app is junk. There is no way to easily view when the device last polled or where it was. I bought this to track an international shipment but ive not had a location report in weeks Dont bother, the tech obviously isnt there yet edit: to confirm on the below. I did that. I logged the case, they gave up on fixing it and I was told to just return the device. Given that it took 5 weeks to arrive (I bought it new from a retail store on ebay), and I was leaving the country in a fortnight that just wasn't possible. So the one reason I bought it, I couldn't use it for. $250AUD for a bluetooth tracker is ridiculous..

I had high hopes for this device but alas it was not to be. When setting it up, trying to activate an account the app just closes. So I used the website to activate the account. That did work for 1 day. Even drove around town to test it. I had purchased 2 GEGO GPS devices. One for me and one for my wife. Had the same issue with the app. So both accounts were set up using the website. Both devices worked for one day. Neither device will connect to the cell network. I cancelled the subscription.

Garbage. Takes hours to report new location after arrival at airport. Bluetooth proximity detection rarely works, and even when it works it doesn't update the device location on the map. Latest app version sometimes hangs while trying to refresh location. Bluetooth detection was suddenly removed without warning - and has never worked properly again - and there are hidden fees. I absolutely would not buy any gego product ever again
