"Connectivity issue. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue contacting our servers. Please try again in a bit." happens to every job listing I apply to. I can't apply to anything. Even the maintance you did didn't fix it. Update: now it's working dunno what changed. Only things I would say are negative about the app is it doesn't save your search filters. It keeps defaulting to Austin texas.

Mobile website and app are obnoxious as hell to navigate. Staff should know how to code proper UI/UX, after all, I'm sure they use well designed apps and sites in their everyday lives. The lesser of evils is the desktop site and even it is not a bit intuitive. Posting my resume legibly took hours. I'm spectacular with computers and phones. I can't even imagine how folks who are not good at this stuff handle it. You want to put people to work in Texas? Give them easy apps/sites vs headaches.

WIT defaulting to Austin because it's TX capital wastes search time. A. You have to click 🔍 to specify your city, county or zip code EVERY TIME. B. Next, in order to return to the main search criteria page, "back" must be clicked TWICE¹. C. Filtering your education level is nonexistent which, in today's day and age, is very important and a NECESSARY search filter. RIDDLE ME THIS: the app determines job match % ➡️ resume buuut skips location and education?! ¹ Minor however, still annoying.
